• Passport valid for at least 6 months with 3 or 4 pages not available for all travelers.
• Complete and sign the visa application.
• Large passport photo (4cmX6cm) with white background for all travelers (preferably in Hijab).
• A stamp Immunization Card showing information about the Meningitis vaccine (a dose of ACYW135) for adults. Meningitis and POLIO records for children under 15 years of age. Two doses of (A) vaccine (1 to 2 months of dose for children 3-24 months of age) will also make sure to bring the Saudi Protective Card with you.
• Children and children need proof of relationship (marriage certificate for children, long certificate for children showing the name of the mother and father) AND all documents must be certified by a Certified Public Accountant or Attorney.
• Unnamed Muslim practitioners must have a certificate from an Islamic site telling them to convert to Islam.
• Noncitizens must provide a copy of both sides of the Permanent Residence card and the COPY REQUIREMENTS CANADIAN FOREIGN AFFAIRS.

Women who are single should have the following:

• She must be over 45 years old.
• Authorization by the husband’s signed and signed by a Legal Officer or Attorney.
• Copy of Muhrem ID card (passport or driver’s license) * At least three of us ladies must travel together (entry and exit must be the same).
